Terms of Service

All Sales Final

Due to the unique nature of our products, all sales are final. This policy applies to both pre-orders and in-stock merchandise. No cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.

Orders Containing Pre-Order and In-Stock Items

Orders that include both in-stock and pre-order items will not ship until all pre-order items become available.
To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order products.
Similarly, orders containing multiple pre-order items with different release dates will ship only once all items are in stock.

Payment and Order Modifications

Payment is collected immediately upon placing your order.
Once an order has been placed, we can neither add items to it nor subtract items from it. We cannot accommodate requests to combine separately placed orders.

Please ensure that your order is correct before completing checkout.

Pre-Order Timelines

All listed ship dates for pre-order items are estimates only and are subject to change. The listed time frame is the estimated date range that we expect to receive the shipment in stock; we do not receive exact shipment arrival dates. So, please be aware that shipments may arrive earlier or later than we originally anticipated due to factors outside of our control.

Updating Your Order Information

You may update your shipping address, email address, or phone number prior to order fulfillment/shipping by contacting us at support@zombiesailor.com.
Please review your order confirmation carefully to ensure all information is accurate.
We are not responsible for deliveries made to a wrong address or failed delivery to an incomplete address.

Shipping and Tracking

When your order is processed for shipping, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking details can also be found in your account order history.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
If your package appears missing, be sure to check with neighbors or household members in case of misdelivery, then contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.

We recommend selecting a shipping service that includes insurance, such as USPS Priority Mail.
Please note that USPS First-Class Mail does not include insurance, and buyers assume all associated risks.
Buyers are responsible for filing any insurance claims with their selected shipping carrier.

Packaging Condition

All items are shipped in good condition; however, some degree of normal shelf wear should be expected. While we make every effort to provide the best possible packaging, mint-condition packaging cannot be guaranteed.
Minor imperfections such as small dings, dents, creases, or waves may occur.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees imposed by customs authorities.
These may be assessed at checkout, during shipment processing, or upon delivery, depending on the destination country.
