Return Policy
If the item you received is incorrect, we will gladly send you the correct item or a refund once the originally-sent item is returned using the shipping label that we provide you with. Otherwise, neither refunds nor replacements will be provided.
Return requests must be submitted within seven days of receipt of shipment and the item(s) must be unopened. Exchanges for different items are not allowed.
Once items leave our facility, we are no longer responsible for them.
